Heart and Home has received tremendous community support in the form of in-kind donations, grants, and collaborations with local organizations and the local houses of faith who support our work. We are so grateful for these partners’ commitment!

Recent Grants

The City of Palo Alto Human Services provides significant and generous support to Heart and Home collaborative through HSRAP funding and their Emerging Needs Fund.

The Palo Alto Weekly Holiday Fund channels community donations into programs to help local residents. They have provided generous support to Heart and Home, allowing us to continue to expand our services.

This work has been made possible in part by a grant from The Palo Alto Community Fund (PACF).

Destination Home generously awarded Heart and Home one of their TECHquity grants in 2022. This grant funded technology that allows our case managers and shelter guests to access online resources on-site.

The Ram and Lakshmi Sundaram Foundation is a long-time supporter of Heart and Home Collaborative.

Our 2020 shelter season was supported by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

Based on a community nomination in 2018, Heart and Home received a grant from the Philanthropic Committee of the Woman’s Club of Palo Alto
